Let us pray for mature Christians to shine their light like never before, it is up to us! We need mature christians…..

In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven. Matthew 5:16

Salt and Light
15Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a basket. Instead, they set it on a lampstand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. 16In the same way, let your light shinebefore men, that they may see your good deedsand glorify your Father in heaven. 17Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them, but to fulfill them.…

From Elisa Martinez at New Mexico Alliance for Life……..

This week, New Mexico Attorney General Hector Balderas has allowed seven additional criminal claims to expire due to the statute of limitations, in the unlawful harvesting of aborted infant body parts between the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center (UNM HSC) and Southwestern Women’s Options (SWO) late-term abortion center.  The seven criminal claims come from the congressional criminal referral, received by Balderas a year ago this month, from the Select Panel on Infant Lives.

This week’s expired claims come from the illegal harvesting of eyes, brains, hearts and even SKIN from aborted infants 16 weeks gestation through 22 weeks.

Last week, NMAFL held a press conference calling for a special prosecutor due to Balderas’ inaction– allowing 83 claims expire. This week, the AG’s office filed a lawsuit against Dollar General, while allowing 7 additional claims involving human skin and brains expire, for a total of 90:  “My office continues to aggressively protect hard working New Mexico families and vulnerable consumers by holding big corporations like Dollar General accountable for preying on them and lying about the quality of the products that they sell,” Balderas said.

Tell Balderas he can’t pick and choose what laws and whom he will “hold accountable.”  Read more below.
UNM HSC Procurement Notes – 6/5/14
“Women whose babies’ skin was illegally harvested for UNM’s purposes, by law should have been informed of the nature of the research and its benefits–yet they were not informed, they were deceived,” said NMAFL’s Martinez. “This is a serious violation, how many of these women would have chosen life, deceived about the humanity of their babies, which is the very reason their bodies were harvested for research.”   Help New Mexico Alliance for Life hold Attorney General Hector Balderas accountable to his job, click the link below:

CLAIMS CONTINUE TO EXPIRE EACH WEEK
Balderas has allowed these claims to expire by failing to issue indictments in the face of overwhelming evidence of violations of New Mexico statutes, but also failing to contact victims, including Jessica Duran. Requests by NMAFL’s Executive Director Elisa Martinez to set up meetings between Jessica Duran and the Office of the Attorney General have been postponed indefinitely by the Attorney General’s office.
What You Need to Know
  • Balderas received 1st criminal referral on June 23, 2015.
  • Balderas received 2nd criminal referral on Dec. 21, 2015.
  • Federal prosecutors cite “systemic violations” of law between UNM HSC and SWO in both referrals.
  • Balderas has not contacted victim cited in 2nd criminal referral, Jessica Duran and others.
  • Criminal claims will continue to expire due to the statute of limitations to prosecute until Balderas issues a criminal complaint.
Despite overwhelming evidence in his possession since last year, including an admission of guilt from SWO abortionist, Balderas has yet to file a criminal complaint (indictment).
Extracting skin from aborted babies sounds more like a Nazi experiment rumor than a modern day medical procedure, yet UNM’s own procurement notebook, released by the congressional committee investigating the university show that it was all in a day’s work for researchers at UNM or their procurement technicians at the abortion facility. Procurement technicians locate, remove, and bring back the organs, legs, skin, eyeballs, head, or other body parts of aborted babies.

What You Can Do:
Contact New Mexico Office of the Attorney General and tell them to issue an indictment or special prosecutor NOW–before any more claims expire.
