The Bible says that our faith will be tested. Its in these times where you have to trust God. He is watching over you to see how you will respond to every situation in your life.
1 Peter 1:6 In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a while you may have suffer grief in all kinds of trails. 7 These have come so that your faith of greater worth than gold which perishes even though refined by fire may be proved genuine and may result in praise, glory and honor when Jesus is revealed.
Its in these times when you have to have patient for the Lord’s perfect timing.
Isaiah 55:8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways.
Times of testings can be a place of growth, when God can do a work in you and allow his healing flow through you. Though at times you may not feel that God is there but he is right there beside you .
Isaiah 41:13 For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, do not fear for I will help you.
In times of testing you have to perservere never give up or loose hope. Knowing that God will see you through. He loves his children and looks after them ,that is his promise. It is up to you to trust in him.
Pslam 72:12 For he will deliver the needy who cry out.
Psalm 34:17 The righteous cry out and the Lord hears them he delivers them from all thier troubles.
James 1:2 Consider it pure joy my brothers whenever you face trails of many kinds. 3 Because you know that the testing of your faith develops persevance.
Persevance is being persistant, not giving up no matter what life throws at you.
Look at Job he believed God to the end, Job said
Job 23:10 But he knows the way that I take when he has tested me I will come forth as gold.
Job 42:10 The Lord made him prosperpous again and gave him twice as much as he had before.
The Lord blessed the Latter part of Job’s life more than the first. Job had faith no matter what the situation he was in his life he had faith to the end believeing God. He took hold of the promises of God . Through the darkest moments God will always protect, lead and guide you. If he did it for Job he will do it for you.
Psalm 32:8 I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go, I will counsel you and watch over you.
We will go through the waters of testing but knowing the God will pull us and save us from the deep waters, we can rest and be still that God will save us.
Isaiah 49:10 They will niether hunger nor thirst nor will the desert heat or sun beat upon them. He who has compassion on them will guide them and lead them beside springs of water.
Psalm 34:19 A righteous man may have many troubles but the Lord delivers him from them all. 20 He protects all his bones not one of them will be broken.
Thank you Lord for your promise that no matter what we go through that you will watch over us and deliver us. Though our faith will be tested we will not loose hope , for you stay true to your promises that you will instruct us and teach us in the way we should go and when you do, we will come forth as gold. So therefore we will give you praise and honor and thanksgiving for you O Lord are our deliverer. Amen
