Waking up is not glorious by any stretch of the imagination. You still have your night clothes on, your hair is a mess, you don’t make sense and your body still feels tired. Nevertheless, you’re awake and it’s a new day full of possibilities.
Spiritual Awakenings can go unnoticed too. Life seems the same in many regards but on the inside we know we are not the same. We have woken up and see everything through different eyes, as blurry as they may still be. Life is about to change.
If you are in the beginning stages of an awakening, don’t go back to sleep. Don’t let this day pass you by while you dream of better days. They’re here. Wake up and live.
