Arizona authorities have shut down Interstate 10 at San Simon near the state’s border with New Mexico for the third day in a row due to blowing dust.

Winds at FGGAM in Albuquerque are gusting near 45 mph at times this morning! No rain, just flying garbage! High wind warning for the Albuquerque area is in place until 7pm tonight. After 7pm, winds should be out of the NW at 10 to 15 mph

In Northern New Mexico, FGGAM friend Scott Flury of Chama reported 14 inches of snow had fallen by 9:30am. Scott posted this picture from Chama this morning! Wolf Creek reports 21 inches.

We pray for the safety of all! It is one of those days in Albuquerque where you actually smell/taste the dust blowing into your home and it stirs up my allergies! I don’t even let the dogs out during these wind storms!
