Today I want to continue our discussion on “Being Citizens of Heaven and Earth” We Christians are called to be light in a very dark world, like today, October 31st, its Halloween. Our scripture for today is 1 Peter 2:9….please read it. “You are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation….” It’s not speaking about the United States of America! It’s speaking about CHRISTIANS…Those who have asked Jesus to be their Lord and Savior! As Christians we are to be DIFFERENT than the rest of society! AMEN! Our WORDS are to be different! Our ACTIONS are to be different! Our ATTITUDES are to be different! Our LOVE is to be different!
We are to be the LIGHT in a very dark, dark world! AMEN!
