Father, thank you for your love. Today we join our faith across this globe for our nation and declare you are a God of love. You are full of mercy and full of compassion. You died for mankind while we were deep in our sin. You are a merciful God. Thank you for mercy.
Oh, God your love cost you your very life. May we never take that for granted. We pray that many today would come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. You said in John 14:6 I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” In John 6:44 it says No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws them, and I will raise them up at the last day.
Father, your love is so hard to comprehend with the human mind even people that say they know you have a hard time to comprehend the depth, length and the height of it all. Thank you for your love.
Draw us all closer to you today. May we all have a fresh revelation of your love. Comfort the families today that need your comfort. Let them feel your love, we pray.
Draw people to yourself today Father, as only you can.
You are a God of love, yes, fierce love.
