AP published a report Monday evening of a “secret appendage” to the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) nuclear deal between Iran and the P5+1 powers (US, UK, France, Russia, China and Germany) which analysts said would allow Iran to develop an atomic weapon much quicker than had earlier been stated. US State Department spokesman Mark Toner flatly denied the report, declaring “There is no secret document or secret deal.”
