Remembrance Day Observed in Israel

Nearly 1.5 million Israelis were expected to visit military cemeteries Wednesday to observe Remembrance Day. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu led a ceremony at the Mount Herzl cemetery in Jerusalem Wednesday morning, speaking at a site not far from the grave of his brother Jonathan (Yoni) who was killed in the 1976 raid to rescue Israeli hostages at Entebbe, Uganda.
