Change Promised — Change Demanded?

  Jerry CalfIt is my opinion:

The problem in the modern church today is that we have forgotten that we are called into a life of sacrifice rather than wealth and ease.   We have become fat on our “fast-food”, “drive-through”, “microwave” worship experiences, filled with the caloric noise of the world and little meat of the Word of God!   The church of America is more concerned with keeping a non-profit tax-exempt status than it is standing on God’s COMMANDS, saying “Thus saith the LORD“, in the market place, public square, schools, and court houses to the White House!

When it is more about money, buildings, and permits for more buildings and property, and ease amongst political leadership, plus a redefining of God’s love to a love that shows tolerance to a sin sick society, the church has given her voice away being held hostage to that Godless society.

It is way past time for the Church to stand up, move out in battle formation (spiritual and otherwise), and proclaim allegiance to God, His Word, and His Kingdom first above all rule and order which puts His law in compromise.

Our POTUS is attempting to hold states hostage in fear of losing Federal funding in schools and more by not accommodating transgender bathroom rights.   It is time all states declared loudly, with one unified voice, “Keep your money, and stay out of our business!”   It used to be that the church took care of those who had legitimate needs, but we saw the road of ease when the government began to play that role.   We are now beginning to pay for all those free lunches!

Satan, the great imposter, the great deceiver, the great hypnotist, has been brainwashing the American citizens into believing that sin is ok, to be tolerated, or you are the bad citizen.

I contend, if the Church will awaken, come alive, stop pushing the “Snooze” button, and revive herself because she wants to make a final stand for the Kingdom, the good citizens of America will find boldness again.   Come on, Church, come alive in Jesus!
