Part 2 of “Being The Person God Wants You To Be” If we saw somebody weep and mourn and fast and pray over a bunch of ancestors who had rebelled against God almost two centuries earlier, we would think he was nuts! If fact, we would probably determine to keep our distance from somebody like that! But, maybe that is why we ARE the way we ARE! Maybe that is why we ACT the way we ACT! Nehemiah was nuts about God and about God’s people. That is what I want on my tombstone: Dewey was nuts about God and God’s People.
