Divine Appointments…Fact or Fiction?

Today, let’s solidify some facts by praying these scriptures.

Hebrews 11:6And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.

Hebrews 11:2Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.

Romans 10:17 Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the Word about Christ.

Proverbs 16:9  In their hearts humans plan their course, but the Lord establishes their steps.

Psalm 37:23  The Lord makes firm the steps of the one who delights in him.

Father, we do delight in you. We believe and have faith in these Holy Scriptures. We believe you, Oh God, order our footsteps. Every person we encounter this day, may we look for you in the situation. Keep us sensitive to your spirit we pray. 

May we never take our journey with you lightly as we are your hands and feet extended to a hurting world. Help us to stop long enough to listen and discover the heart of the person you sent our way today.

Today, we will continue to step out in faith and journey with you each step of the way as we seek to do your will. (Tell him if this is true. Will you continue to walk in faith and trust him?)

God, you said it’s not by might, nor by power, but by your spirit. Holy spirit lead us this day, we pray. (Watch for those divine appointments today). Amen
