Carson cancels Israel trip
US Republican presidential candidate Dr. Ben Carson announced on Thursday that he is cancelling plans to visit Israel before continuing on to Kenya, Zambia and Nigeria. Carson’s campaign spokesman Doug Watts issued a statement that the “trip has been canceled due to significant security concerns” but some analysts speculated that Carson’s campaign might be running out of money and decided the trip was too expensive.
