The B Team, A So Called Journalist and Ted Cruz

A few days ago a B team, so called journalist, Michael Cohen (Boston Globe), wrote a piece where he skewered Ted Cruz for Cruz’s comments on the first Democrat TV debate. Cohen’s language was typical of a liberal who’s running scared. His banter was the voice of a  frightened leftist who sees Cruz gaining ground!A portion of that article is included below.

As I read the quotes from Ted Cruz (presented by Cohen), I thought, RIGHT ON! Cruz’s assessment of the Democrat’s display of extreme leftist, socialist prescriptions for 2016 was, in my opinion, accurate and well stated! He is a man who will not play the DC club politic with Democrats or with the spineless Republicans who have given Barrack Obama everything he wants! It’s about time someone stood up for the principles and promises they ran on! Here, Here, Ted Cruz!

In commenting on Tuesday’s Democratic presidential debate he (Cruz) derided it as “more socialism, more pacifism, more weakness, and less Constitution” and “a recipe to destroy a country.” He complained that “we’re seeing our freedoms taken away every day, and last night was an audition for who would wear the jackboot most vigorously” and “for who would embrace government power” for stripping away “your and my individual liberties.”

I don’t know who will win the Republican nomination but Ted Cruz is, and should be, a primary contender. I just read his book, A Time For Truth. I recommend it!

Note#1: I hear that the Bush family with the here-to-fore silent GW leading the charge, has declared political war on Ted Cruz. I guess they’re pulling out all the stops in an effort to salvage a sinking Jeb who just can’t understand that everyone has had enough of what he brings to the discussion.

Note#2: Jim Webb has withdrawn from the Democrat pack of left wing hopefuls saying he was ignored in the debate and that the Party is not what it used to be. If the contest for President came down to Jeb Bush and Jim Webb, I think I just might vote for Webb. Oh no, did I say that?
