There are no quick fixes, no five-step plans here. Jesus is always better than a few Jesus-inspired principles. When we live in the power of the Spirit, we are fighting a battle that has already been won. With Christ fighting for us, the spirit regenerating us, and the Father watching over us, we cannot fail. That doesn’t mean we don’t sin or don’t get into prolonged seasons of spiritual dryness; it just means that the fight progresses onward.
