KOB TV has posted a letter to the public by District Attorney Kari Brandenburg about the two most recent tragedies in Albuquerque, the shooting death of 4-year-old Lilly Garcia in a horrific road rage incident and the devastating shooting of Albuquerque Police Officer Daniel Webster who is fighting for his life at the University of New Mexico Hospital. 
Both of these satanic acts were done by repeat offenders, in my mind they should have never been on the streets! READ LETTER HERE
