What’s Hidden In Your Heart?

Today, let’s continue to pray for our heart conditions.

Daniel 2:22  He reveals deep and hidden things; he knows what lies in darkness, and light dwells with him.

1 Corinthians 4:5  Therefore judge nothing before the appointed time; wait until the Lord comes. He will bring to light what is hidden in darkness and will expose the motives of the heart. At that time each will receive their praise from God.

Isa 29:15-16 Woe to those who go to great depths to hide their plans from the Lord, who do their work in darkness and think, “Who sees us? Who will know?” You turn things upside down, as if the potter were thought to be like the clay!… Can the pot say of the potter, “He knows nothing?”

Father, today we come before you and ask you to examine our hearts. (Ask Him if you are willing) Lord, You know our motives, you know and see everything, nothing is hidden from your eyes. Our plans are laid bare before you.

Today, we ask You to shine Your light on our hearts and make them pure once again. You know everything about us and You love us too much to leave us the way we are. You change us to be more like You. Every wound and injustice hidden in crevices of hearts all across this globe today, we say be gone. We have chosen the high road of forgiveness and will allow God himself to make every crooked way straight on our behalf. We receive a cleansing and fortifying of our hearts today.

We declare darkness is being dispelled in hearts today.

Thank You oh God, for ordering our footsteps. May we bring the love and hope of Jesus Christ to others today. May our cleansed hearts bring compassion, kindness and a smile to everyone we meet.
