Many have forgotten, including our own government and country. Many do not know the history of the Vietnam War and Agent Orange! My best friend Roger Carey of Windom, Minnesota was killed in the Vietnam War. Now comes the word that after years and years, the government has agreed to provide disability benefits to as many as 2,100 Air Force Reservists and active-duty forces exposed to Agent Orange residue on airplanes used in the Vietnam war. Agent Orange related cases already make up 1 out of 6 disability checks issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs. The new Federal rule covers an expanded group of military personnel who flew or worked on Fairchild C-123 aircraft in the U.S. from 1969 to 1986. Let us continue to pray for our Vietnam Veterans, they may be the most abused War Veterans in our history! Politicians lost that war, and they forgot about those who fought in it! Vietnam War
