Putin is Losing the ‘Chicken War’ with U.S. Farmers

As the world focuses on Islamic State and the airstrikes in Syria and Iraq, there is this man called Putin still going to war with Ukraine and U.S. Farmers. He is losing the “chicken war”  with U.S. farmers: A decree signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin to ban imports on U.S.
Poultry prices in Russia have risen about 2-3 percent each week since the ban.
Russian consumer inflation is higher generally.
