A 6.0 earthquake stuck Northern California near NAPA Valley with the epicenter 6 miles south-southwest of NAPA which is the largest earthquake in California since 1989 at approximately 3:20 A.M. PT this morning. It does not appear to be related to the San Andres fault.
Damage reports are preliminary but there are reports of buckled roads and structural damage with many road closures and gas leaks. So far, no major reports of any bridge damages have been reported.
