A Wisconsin Police Chief, Tim Kelemen, just went plain nuts on the Tea Party. What an embarrassment to every Law Enforcement Officer! He pleaded no contest to harassing a tea party protester by signing him up for online dating, pornographic websites and other accounts in May after saying he had nothing to do with it.
The Chief was was charged with one misdemeanor count of unlawful use of a computerized communication system.
