The DRAMA ZONE

DramaDear Family of our Lord Jesus Christ,

Thank you for being with us this day!

We love you all, we pray for you all!

Yesterday we had an AWESOME FGGAM Board meeting! Thank you Bill Ruhl, Wanell Pate, Barbara Gould and Sonia Hayleyt. PRAISE GOD for these GODLY people!

We are so thankful for their support and GODLY WISDOM! AMEN!

We ate at The Grill at 4615 Menual, AWESOME FOOD! Thank you Phil Chavez for your support of FGGAM! PRAISE GOD!

We left for the airport this morning at 4:15am so Sharon could catch her flight to Nashville. She will be attending a nurses conference. (I really think she is going to sing at the Grand Ole Opry!) Please keep her and her co-harts in your prayers, thank you!

This morning I speak these words to you………

Are you in the DRAMA ZONE?

Watch what you say. Much is being written about Donald Sterling and the awful things that came from his mouth, enough to make me vomit. Some are going nuts that he is being forced to sell his NBA team. Owning a professional sports team is a privilege. Owners sign a contract when they purchase a team and must uphold certain things, like behavior. Why all the drama about his ownership?  What about his racism? In this country our priorities are out of whack,

What do you say behind close doors? What you say behind closed doors you should be able to say with an open door. People of this world forget that Jesus Christ knows every word that you and I speak. Make sure you are speaking the life of Jesus into others! Do you make life giving deposits into others or do you withdraw emotions and things from them?

Are you a fountain of life or a swirling drain?

I have been watching so much drama take place in people lives, I wonder what these folks would do without all the drama, maybe they would find Jesus.

When Jesus is not at the center of your life, drama takes over. Jesus Christ must be at the center of everything…everything you say and do.

What ever happened to folks knowing Jesus knows all, He knows what we say and do.

Here at FGGAM, as Pastor Paul says, THIS IS A DRAMA FREE ZONE!

How about giving it all to Jesus, seek counsel, are you having problems in your marriage? family life, with Kids? with your business? Church? Relationships? Job? Drugs? Booze? Smoking?

Being in the DRAMA ZONE is like being hooked on drugs or booze.

Begin today to end the DRAMA in your life and turn it over to Jesus Christ and seek counsel, contact us if we can help.

By the way, some people have been in this DRAMA ZONE for years, it has become their life! Some do not know the difference.

I pray today that if you find yourself in the DRAMA ZONE you will be released today! Amen!

Today is National Day of Prayer, and I turn the CUP over to Pastor Don Kimbro:

You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of birth pains. – Matthew 24:6-8

The disciples had just asked Jesus for signs pointing to His second coming, and He said there would be wars, terrorism, famines and earthquakes. I don’t know of anyone who is ever prepared for things like that. But Jesus seemed to indicate, however, that whether we like it or not, until He comes again, there will be those things happening all over the world. He also said there would be no peace until He comes again.

Today is the National Day of Prayer all across America. Over 40,000 groups will gather to pray somewhere in our great country and even around the world. One of the prayer points will be for our Military and First Responders and others who are in harm’s way every day. I’m talking about those valiant people whose mission is to keep us safe and help us in time of desperate need and catastrophes. So let’s make it a point to pray for our Military, Police, Fire Department personnel, ambulance drivers, paramedics, doctors, nurses and all medical personnel who are there to help save our lives. Let’s do that today.

Father, we pray for those who are in our armed forces, first responders and all the groups named above. Lord, let them know that you love them with an everlasting love. Assure them that you will be there for their families while they are away and responding to the needs of others.

Father, we pray that you will rescue them and protect those who are in harm’s way. Keep them alert and well trained but more importantly, keep them close to your heart and presence. Lord, teach our men and women in the military and first responders how to pray so they can experience your peace. Please bring them home safely.

Jesus, we pray that the children of military and first responder families would learn how to trust in you as well, and believe in your Name. We pray for the wives whose husbands are far away. Keep their love and marriages strong.

And Father, teach every military family, and those of us who stand by their sides, to be strong and courageous by trusting in You. Help them not to be afraid, by helping them to believe in your promises that you will never leave them alone. And Lord Jesus, you told us to pray for our enemies as well. We ask that you would open up the eyes that have been blinded by the evil one, that they may see the glory of Christ.

Let’s thank God for those who are there to help us in time of critical need. Maranatha!

Pastor Don

Thank you pastor Don! God Bless you and Dorothy
