Last night Valencia County New Mexico County Commissioners rejected a proposal to ban late term abortion. The vote was 3 to 2. The measure would have banned  abortions in the unincorporated parts of the county after 20 weeks of pregnancy. Commissioner Lawrence Romero, who sponsored the ordinance was supported by fellow Republican Jhonathan Aragon in voting yes with Alicia Aguilar, Charles Easton, and Mary Anderson voting no.

  1. Following this and the failure of voters in Albuquerque to accomplish it either, I’m submitting my bid tomorrow to have all public state flags, buildings, signs etc reproduced to reflect our new heritage – The Great State of New Mexico, The New Sodom & Gomorrah!
