Despite the new Texas “Merry Christmas Law” signed by Governor Perry, one school in Frisco, Texas wants to ban the Christmas tree and the colors red and green from their upcoming “Winter Party”.
At the Nichols Elementary School “Winter Party”, students will not be able to reference Christmas or any other religious holiday.
