MASS EVACUATIONS TAKING PLACE IN T or C, NEW MEXICO

The Herald of Truth or Consequences, New Mexico is reporting: Mass evacuations throughout the area. A trailer park along Riverside as the Rio Grande is about to break its banks. Las Palomas Creek is about to break its banks. Highway 187 is under water. A dramatic rescue was called in at Fock Canyon where a woman was trapped on top of her vehicle. Be safe out there folks.

This just in at 3:11pm: Residents in areas of Sierra and San Miguel counties and the Santa Clara Canyon have been advised to evacuate.
