Dear family of our Lord Jesus Christ,


I have tried to reply to all the Birthday Greetings on facebook, email, text and phone calls, cards in the mail (Yes people still use the mail! LOL) I have fallen behind over 300 greeting’s, have lost track……Your love is so special, your support of FGGAM is amazing, you love for me and Sharon is AWESOME! Kind words are like honey—-sweet to the soul and healthy for the body Proverbs 16:24 We love you all!

Yesterday on my birthday I was blessed to officiate the wedding of Paul and Cassie Brownlow. Cassie is the daughter of Pastor Steve and Sue Freeman. Cassie’s brother is my Dear friend Ryan Freeman who worked with me at KKIM. It was such an AWESOME wedding! Praise God!


For my birthday my lovely wife Sharon gave me a card with this scripture on it: This is my beloved, and this is my friend. Song of Solomon 5:16

How does this scripture speak to you?
At the wedding I used that scripture at the start of the wedding. In marriage counseling it seems that married couples in conflict forget that they are friends. True, Godly friendship over comes all, the love of Jesus overcomes everything. The wedding yesterday was so wonderful, it was at the Historic Old Town Gazebo in Albuquerque, there were many onlookers, I went up too many of them to share the love of Jesus, one lady in particular stole my heart, she was sitting on a park bench and resting her arms on her walker. She had such a Godly smile as she looked at all the wedding presentations, I walked up to her and greeted her, she said she did not speak English, but she smiled really BIG when I told her I am just here to tell you that Jesus loves you so and you have such a smile of Jesus! Her smile grew even bigger, she just glowed with the joy of the Lord! She did understand, the love of Jesus is understood by all, it melts the heart of all, if shown properly!
For God’s Glory Alone, in the Love of Jesus, Amen!

My Mom Ruth, was born on this date July 5th. She passed away in Jan. of 1995 at the age of 64,the same year we moved to New Mexico. My cousin Darry Hanson from Little Rock, Arkansas posted this on my facebook yesterday! My Mom’s Mom, My Grandma Lena Caraway was a Hanson.
