I just love these pictures………They bring so much peace to me!
Last night was a late night for me, (Wanell Pate joked as she prayed over me last night, Lord it seems Dewey is tired as we know he is usually in bed by 7pm!!! LOL LOL, well by 7:30 at least!!!) we had an FGGAM Board meeting. I am very thankful for the Board of Directors of FGGAM. This is a group of people who I am accountable to. They are prayer warriors for me and Sharon. They deeply understand the calling God has placed on my heart. The Board understand the needs of the Ministry to fulfill the calling God has given me and Sharon and Pastor Paul Holt and his lovely wife Jo, The Board at FGGAM believes our needs have been met, they are met everyday by our Lord Jesus Christ. The Board was given letters and testimonies of the works of FGGAM, for God’s Glory Alone. What I so much am thankful for  is that it is a working Board, a prayful Board, not figure heads, they are deeply committed to the calling God has on FGGAM. Our Board members are, Vice Chairman Bill Ruhl, Sec. Treasurer Wannel Pate, Kay Hendrickson,  Paul Holt, Kathy Garcia, Barbara Gould, and Jose Vasquez. FGGAM also has three advisers to the Board Chair and they are Leonard Navarre, Don Kimbro and Ernie Belanger.

Accountability is very important to me. I have been preaching and teaching on it. When you look at when men and women fail, it is usually because of the lack of accountability to God and to an accountability group. All you have to do is look toward Washington D.C. and Santa Fe and see the results of the lack of accountability to God. Now our intention is to speak the life of Jesus into these situations and pray over them, God can turn all this around in less than a wink of an eye.

The Catholic Church is holding the Mayor of Santa Fe accountable for his pushing of same sex marriage. Read my story at www.fggam.org

Integrity makes decisions based on eternal implications.

If you would like me to teach a session on accountability/integrity at your Church or business, love to do this at places of work, just email me.
I have learned over the years the POWER of the words we speak. We either speak life into people or we suck the life out of them and beat them down. We are to lift people up not push them down. There is a way to hold people accountable to Biblical principles without pushing them down. If you are filled with the Holy Spirit, you will be told what to say.  Before we go any further in drinking this CUP, I would like you to click on the link below and watch this video that Sharon uses in some of her inspirational talks!

I am very thankful for the Ministry of Pastor Brenton Franks of the Evangel Christian Center here in Albuquerque. I have gotten to know him so very well and love this man’s heart for the Lord and HIS people! Here is an excellent Devotional by Pastor Brenton:
The message that we continue to hear focuses on what people want and what they feel that they need. This includes sexual freedom (free love); drugs (legalization of marijuana); and supposed personal liberty (gay marriage). However, nothing apart from receiving God’s forgiveness and love will make you happy. You can acquire anything and everything and then end up the most lonely and hopeless of individuals. Just look at the life of Solomon…Ecclesiastes 2:10-11 “Anything I wanted, I would take. I denied myself no pleasure. I even found great pleasure in hard work, a reward for all my labors. But as I looked at everything I had worked so hard to accomplish, it was all so meaningless—like chasing the wind. There was nothing really worthwhile anywhere. (NLT)

What we think will make us happy never does. There remains an emptiness that can only be filled by knowing Jesus Christ. Today, you may be very frustrated with your life or the direction that life is taking a friend or family member. Instead of despairing in what you see, take time to pray for yourself, your children, your family, or your friends. God is the One who convicts the soul of sin. It is not your job or mine to be a convicting agent.

Instead, we must speak the truth of God’s Word in confidence. We must remember that the Laws of God are irrefutable. Proverbs 13:15 “Good understanding giveth favour: but the way of transgressors is hard.” (KJV) Sin always has a payday, and that payday always brings pain remorse, guilt, and despair.

However, we must be ready to remind anyone and everyone that Jesus Christ came to bring life. Jesus said in John 10:10 “ The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they might have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.” (NKJ

Great message from Pastor Brenton!

I also love this devotional…………as I seek to give my whole life to Jesus Christ, it’s all about God, less of me more of Him. Let us all become more Christ like! AMEN!

What Truly Motivates Us

Jerry Bridges, Collegiate Ministry, Colorado
My favorite Bible story is the sinful woman anointing the feet of Jesus (Luke 7:36–50). But the only way this story makes sense is to assume it’s what the late Paul Harvey would call “the rest of the story.”
All we know is that the woman had a reputation as a “sinner.” At some point, she encountered Jesus. In His presence she became deeply convicted of her sin but received His assurance of forgiveness.
Now she comes to anoint Jesus’ feet with an expensive ointment. She begins to weep—not a few tears, but profusely wetting His dusty feet with her hair. Why does she do this? The combination of a deep sense of her sin and Jesus’ assurance of forgiveness created within her a love and gratitude which had to express itself. Today we cannot anoint Jesus’ feet with literal ointment, but we can offer the ointment of a life poured out for Him. And it is the continual awareness of our sin and His forgiveness that motivate us to do this. This is the foundation of true discipleship.
The other practices we associate with discipleship—the spiritual disciplines, evangelism, passing on what we have learned—are all necessary, but it is the assurance of Christ’s love expressed through His death for us that will motivate us. Paul puts it like this in 2 Corinthians 5:14,15, “For Christ’s love compels us . . . that those who live should no longer live for themselves, but for him who died for them.”
March 28, 2013. Your people, those with whom you share life and know personally, will never lack strength. You are an overcomer with no destiny of being overcome. Overcoming is Christ’s gift to you because He is in you as the Overcomer for you. Nations will come to you for help. The Lord is your refuge (protection and shelter) in bad and good times. It is here that you run to and find comfort and solace. Impart and share your life and strength. For it is through your giving that you will receive.
Psalm 28:8 (MSG) “GOD is all strength for his people, ample refuge for his chosen leader.”  Ras Robinson
March 28, 2013. Give and do what I lead you to do with the poor and watch your blessings multiply.  You will be astounded.
Psalms 41:1-3 (NLT) “Oh, the joys of those who are kind to the poor! The Lord rescues them when they are in trouble. The Lord protects them and keeps them alive. He gives them prosperity in the land and rescues them from their enemies. The Lord nurses them when they are sick and restores them to health.”  Bev Robinson
