Dewey,

We’ve posted a few videos your readers may be interested in at fggam.org.

First, there is your appearance on TV 32’s Spectrum: https://www.fggam.org/?p=304

Next, Rabbi Jonathon Cahn, author of the Harbinger, challenges America to return to God and not ignore the lessons of biblical history at the Presidential prayer breakfast before the inauguration of President Obama’s second term. https://fggam.org/?p=313

Finally, a must see video for every freedom loving American.
Dr. Benjamin Carson addressed the National Prayer Breakfast on Thursday morning on healthcare. Dr. Carson often criticized Obamacare and government intrusion in healthcare while President Obama sat in the audience. Dr. Carson encouraged a program where newborn babies are given health savings account as an alternative to Obamacare.https://www.fggam.org/?p=307

Blessings,
Pastor Paul Holt

Sharon and I thank Pastor Paul Holt for being our partner here at FGGAM!

Sharon posted a video on the sight yesterday! Many of you loved it……….here are a few comments……..

Dewey,
Thank you for sharing the video ” Gratitude”.  It is absolutely magnificent!  God has been speaking to me about the importance of gratitude and helping me share it with others!  I am going to send this on!
God bless you and Sharon!
In gratitude,
Sonja
P.S.  I have watched a movie twice on Hallmark called “The Lost Valentine”,  It is worth your time!
Thank you for sharing Sonja! God Bless you and yours!!!
Hey Dewey and Sharon!
LOVED the you-tube Gratitude. How beautiful!!! Thanks for sharing. Big hug to you both!
Also wanted to mention how I appreciate the news on Daily Cup. Reading about Richard Twiss and his ministry was inspiring. It’s so important to bring Jesus into other cultures in a relevant way – honoring their traditions without compromising the Gospel. If there is idolatry somewhere, bring it into the Light, revealing it in His love. All cultures fall victim to idolatry and need to walk closely with the Lord every day. May the Lord strengthen the ministry of and to our Native Americans and heal the wounds of the last 400 years. How amazing will it be when all nations worship the Lord together! – Blessings – Shelly
Thank you for sharing Shelly! Your comments on Richard Twiss are very much appreciated! AMEN!
Too many of us spend too much time making a living and not enough time making a life. Live your destiny. Tony Evans

Have you ever wept over the kindness of the Lord in your life. If it comes, let it come. It is an offering, sweet to both. Don Piper

Amen to that! I weep everyday at the kindness of the Lord!

‎”We are a work in progress. No one condemns the artist of an unfinished picture. Instead we look at what is there and we picture what it could become. We wonder, we imagine and we are excited by the possibilities!”
Yesterday was a very emotional day for me in the Lord, first appearing on KAZQ CH 32’s Spectrum program with Pastor Ray Franks, a mentor of mine, and also with Ruth Franks who is such a Godly women. They had me tell “my” story of my walk and  about FGGAM! What a Godly honor. Sharon was to go with me but her work schedule got changed. She asked me, “Honey what would I say anyway?” I said, “You would get to tell the whole world I am HIGH MAINTENANCE!” Ruth Franks said, “She passed that opportunity up???!!! LOL LOL” You can view the interview at www.fggam.org ;

Then at noon on KADZ am 730 radio our radio program debuted! It had been since August I last had a program on radio. We will be on at 12:05pm on KDAZ every Monday with our program “This is the World we live in” PRAISE GOD! We will be posting our radio program on the web site also.

We are within $1,500.00 a month of stabilizing the Ministry, if what we do helps you in your walk with Jesus would you consider a monthly gift? We took a step in faith with the radio program which we have to pay for. I believe there are 5 people reading this CUP today that collectively can donate each month to meet that need of $1,500.00 a month. This is the least favorite part of Ministry work, raising funds. I pray that the 5 of you that are hearing from God right now will take care of this.

We have giving options on our web site www.fggam.org or if you choose to mail your donation please do so to FGGAM PO BOX 65516 Albuquerque, NM 87193

Our web site is fast becoming a destination point of encouragement and news you need to know.

Our TV program, Dewey and Friends has a list of folks that want to be on the program.

Our Radio program got rave reviews from folks yesterday.

The Daily CUP has been gong on now for 15 years.

We continue our counseling services to many.

We continue to Preach the Word of God wherever He calls us.
Please help us raise that $1,500.00 a month. With all the millions being spent everyday in America, I have faith that God’s people see what we are doing and will raise $1,500.00 a month for FGGAM and beyond. The CUP has always been a community of people coming together each day, we ask for your help in funding FGGAM, Help stabilize the Ministry the Lord has given us. I will share with you when we get to $1,500.00.

Sow a seed into FGGAM this day and watch it bare fruit for our Lord in the coming days and years! AMEN!

Others are speaking out about FGGAM, go to the web site and read what others are saying about FGGAM.

My life verse is: My life is worth nothing unless I use it for the work assigned me by the Lord Jesus. AMEN! Acts 20:24

Also the verse the Lord showed me at Christmas time to use then and now and always is: Jesus says in John 18:36….”I came into the world, to testify to the truth. Everyone on the side of truth listens to me.”

I am to testify to the Truth of our Lord Jesus Christ everyday that I live here on earth. That is the mission of FGGAM to bring the light of Jesus Christ to the world…..one person at a time.

So the Lord says I must be Bold in His love and ask you for your support. AMEN!
I would like you to pray about sharing with us! The Lord put it on my heart to have you share what you have learned in your walk with Him! What is your story? What has the Lord showed you that has been life saving to you? Having been in radio for nearly 40 years, everyone has a story to share that will inspire others! AMEN! This can be just a sentence or two or much longer if the Lord leads you. You telling your story is helping fulfill the Great Commission! Send them to me radiodewey@aol.com Please don’t be bashful! I am calling on all of us to be more BOLD in our faith and share that faith with others! AMEN Who knows, but the Lord, that someone sends in a writing and then they will appear on our TV program!!! AMEN!!!

I thought you might enjoy this.   Darlene
Thank you for sharing this Darlene………

Wow!  This is incredible!!  Remember this when things  get  tough!!!The  Ant and the Contact Lens:  A TRUE  STORYBrenda was almost halfway to the top  of the tremendous granite cliff.  She
was standing on a  ledge where she was taking a breather during this, her
first  rock climb.  As she rested there, the safety rope snapped  against her
eye and knocked out her contact  lens.

‘Great’, she thought.  ‘Here I am on a  rock ledge, hundreds of feet from
the bottom and hundreds of  feet to the top of this cliff, and now my sight
is  blurry.’  She looked and looked, hoping that somehow it  had landed on
the ledge.  But it just wasn’t  there.
She felt the panic rising in her, so she  began praying.  She prayed for
calm, and she prayed that  she might find her contact lens.  When she got to
the  top, a friend examined her eye and her clothing for the lens,  but it
was not to be found.  Although she was calm now  that she was at the top, she
was saddened because she could  not clearly see across the range of
mountains.  She  thought of the bible verse ‘The eyes of the Lord run
to and  fro
throughout the whole earth.’

She thought,  ‘Lord, You can see all these mountains.  You know every
stone and leaf, and You know exactly where my contact lens  is.  Please help
me.’

Later, when they had  hiked down the trail to the bottom of the cliff they
met  another party of climbers just starting up the face of the  cliff.  One
of them shouted out, ‘Hey, you guys!  Anybody lose a contact lens?’

Well, that would be  startling enough, but you know why the climber saw it?
An ant was moving slowly across a twig on the face of the  rock, carrying
it!

ant-and-contact-lensThe story doesn’t end  there.  Brenda’s father is a cartoonist.  When she
told him the incredible story of the ant, the prayer, and the  contact lens,
he drew a cartoon of an ant lugging that contact  lens with the caption,
‘Lord, I don’t know why You want me to  carry this thing.  I can’t eat it, and
it’s awfully  heavy.  But if this is what You want me to do, I’ll carry  it
for You.’

I think it would do all of us  some good to say, ‘God, I don’t know why You
want me to carry  this load.  I can see no good in it and it’s awfully
heavy.  But, if You want me to carry it, I  will.’

God doesn’t  call the qualified, He qualifies the  called.
Yes, I do love GOD.  He is my  source of existence and my Savior.  He keeps
me  functioning each and every day.  Without Him, I am  nothing, but with
Him…I can do all things.

Where Courage Originates

Read | Joshua 1:8-9
The message of Joshua 1 was meant for all of God’s children. Scripture’s timeless principles for spiritual growth are as relevant to us as they were to the ancient Jewish people. The Lord’s command to remain steadfast and courageous is still in effect, as is His promise to abide with us in all circumstances. Moreover, it is still true that faith and courage develop in believers who meditate on God’s Word regularly.
Fear, the antithesis of courage, is born of disobedience to the Lord, unbelief in Him, and/or doubt about His will or His ways. The weight and binding power of fear can drag a person down like shackles on a prisoner. But Scripture contains truths, promises, and principles that break those chains.
Have you ever noticed how focusing your mind on the Word quiets your spirit? In that peaceful silence, faith dissolves fear. God’s revelations about Himself in the Bible—namely, that He is good, sovereign, and our loving Father—have a way of sharpening our perception about whatever we’re facing We can see the true nature of a matter and it is not bigger than our God. As a result, we cast off the staggering weight of our burdens and instead grow a deep-rooted confidence in the goodness and sovereignty of God. My friends, that is the definition of courage.
God’s admonition to Joshua—“Be strong and courageous!” (Josh. 1:9)—is meant for modern believers too. Like the Israelites, we battle strong enemies and face walls that must come down. Do not give in to fear, but break its hold through the powerful words of Scripture, and live in confidence.
Darlene also sent this in, this is a great read………….
The year is 1910, over one hundred years ago. What a difference a century makes!

More than 95 percent of all births took place at HOME.
Ninety percent of all Doctors had NO COLLEGE EDUCATION!
Instead, they attended so-called medical schools, many of which were condemned in the press AND the government as ‘substandard.’
Sugar cost four cents a pound.
Eggs were fourteen cents a dozen.

Most women only washed their hair once a month, and used Borax or egg yolks for shampoo.

I am now going to forward this to someone else without typing it myself.
From there, it will be sent to others all over the WORLD…all in a matter of seconds!
Try to imagine what it may be like in another 100 years.
