(Undated) –Why do you think this has happened?  “Duck Dynasty’s” fifth season is ending on a bit of a down note for the reality series. Wednesday night’s audience numbers were off by more than two million when compared to the show’s fourth season ender last year. With six million viewers, “Duck Dynasty” was still the number one show on cable for Wednesday night but ratings have been sliding since the fifth season began in January. It was “Duck Dynasty’s” first full season since family patriarch Phil Robertson stirred controversy by calling homosexuality a sin in an interview with “GQ” magazine late last year. A&E briefly suspended Robertson from the series but reinstated him after public pressure to do so. Phil Robertson in A&E's Duck Dynasty. (A&E Networks)
