Lawyers for former national security advisor Michael Flynn say he will not comply with a subpoena issued by the Senate Intelligence Committee, Chairman Richard Burr (R-N.C.) said Thursday.
The rebuffed demand was for documents related to the committee’s investigation into Russian interference in the presidential election.
