TIM TEBOW HOSTS 7th ANNUAL TIM TEBOW FOUNDATION CELEBRITY WEEKEND
Tim Tebow will join with celebrity friends from around the country on March 3-4, 2017, for the 7th Annual Tim Tebow Foundation Celebrity Gala & Golf Classic. The event is in support of the Tim Tebow Foundation’s mission to bring Faith, Hope and Love to those needing a brighter day in their darkest hour of need, and has raised more than $7 million in just six years!
WHO: Tim Tebow, Derrick Henry, John Smoltz, Harry Connick Jr., Chip and Joanna Gaines, Gary LeVox of Rascal Flatts, Hillary Scott of Lady Antebellum, Marcus Allen, Billy Horschel, Scott Van Pelt, Duck Dynasty cast members, Gary Sheffield, Ashley Greene and many others.
WHAT: The weekend’s festivities begin on Friday, March 3, with an exclusive invitation-only Celebrity Gala. Then on Saturday, March 4, Tebow hosts a tournament unlike any other, incorporating games and activities into each hole on the course, including a Lip Sync competition for a team prize, a Hoop It Up contest for mulligans and spectator putt for a free stroke, to name a few.
WHEN: The Gala Red Carpet entries will begin Friday, March 3, 2017 at 6 p.m. and the Golf Classic has a 10 a.m. shotgun start on Saturday, March 4, 2017.
WHERE: The world-famous TPC Sawgrass Clubhouse and Stadium Course in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL.
WHY: The funds raised through the weekend’s events will support the Tim Tebow Foundation’s mission to bring Faith, Hope and Love to those needing a brighter day in their darkest hour of need. This mission is being fulfilled every day through sponsoring Night to Shine, a worldwide prom for people with special needs, making dreams come true for children with life-threatening illnesses through the W15H program, building Timmy’s Playrooms in children’s hospitals around the world, providing life-changing surgeries to children of the Philippines through the Tebow CURE Hospital, and providing care for orphans in four countries and adoption aid grants for families adopting children with special needs internationally.
