MY OH MY! We continue to fail our children here in New Mexico. Now comes the report that New Mexico kids tank on a national science test. How can we expect to change things for the better when we do keep doing the same thing? FAILURE! This happens whether there is a Democrat or Republican as Governor and it also does not matter who controls the Legislature, if it did, things would have changed for the better long ago. This is an issue the Body of Christ must wrap its arms around. We must show our children the love of Jesus and must help educate the. Sunday school is so very important. It is so awesome to see when I preach at a Church that has a dynamite Sunday school program for adults and children! New Mexico cannot build a future work force to attract new industry if we do not have a awesome education system and put an end to child poverty and hunger. Parents need to be trained to help educate their children. The problem runs deep with drugs and booze in homes, New Mexico has one of the highest unemployment rates in America, child abuse, the murder of children, abortion, divorce, only God can fix this folks. New Mexico will continue to fail until it looks to God for the answers. How long you going to wait?

You are making a grave mistake if you are waiting for someone else to educate your children.

Many teachers tell me that way to many children come to school not ready to learn, they are hungry and many have not even bathed.

Proverbs 22:6

Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.

Ephesians 6:4 ESV / 276 helpful votes

Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.
