As I opened my eyes, I saw the Church through the eyes of God. Now, when I close my eyes and think of the Church that is in Christ Jesus, I see a tree of LIFE as in the summer with the Sunshine shining through each and every leaf reflecting the light and the movement of the Source of Life that is God and found in the Church that is fully positioned in the Son.
Imagine if you will a tree on that perfect day. The tree that you long to have a picnic under even if you don’t eat a thing. The tree that is so inviting that you feel drawn to enter the area that is under this tree just to be in the presence of the peace, beauty and tranquility that you see is there and somehow know that you will become a part of when you enter … and you come!
Coming to Jesus is like this coming to this Tree! And, the Church that is built on Jesus the Christ can be a Sanctuary … A place of rest with God, who is our provider, healer, protector, Salvation, hope, life, peace, joy, WISDOM, help and shield!
Would you believe that you and me are meant to be a part of something SO great? This is by God’s own design! God is the source of all things good and righteous!
God loves us dearly. God is patient and merciful with us.
God won’t tempt us. Nothing can tempt us beyond our own desires. The Bible is our foundation to build our heart on and the Holy Spirit is the Life to understanding all we ever need.
We are equipped when we place our trust in God and also in Jesus.
Would you believe that God’s purpose for us is to teach us, so we can learn how to love one another? To love and be loved! If you boil it all down, it is not about where you’ve been, or what you’ve done; it is about who you are to God. And, God loves you dearly!
As I write this, it is raining and thunder brightens my soul to know that God is with us! So comforting. So resilient. So cleansing …. So FREE!
There is a freedom in Christ to be found by the world.
I hope you find JOY in your life Today. And, JOY IS possible, because God cares for you.

Just as there is a silence and stillness in the rain that we can hear; there is a peace and joy with God in Christ Jesus, whom can be found.
It is the person of God whom we need and it all begins with Christ.
