The suspected killer, Joseph Jesse Aldridge, 36, was found dead at the wheel of a truck in the middle of the road Friday morning, after going on what police say is a house-to-house shooting rampage. He lived in Tyrone County, Missouri, with his 74-year-old mother, who was in poor health. Police found her body at their house.
